Very meaty and high in beef flavor.
Tripe is the stomach lining of the cow. It contains little fat and is mild and flavor. We love it for its chewy texture!
Fatty and highly marbled. This cut has streaks of fat running through the meat.
Mild beef flavor and gelatinous in texture. Tendon is full of depth and a mouthfeel similar to pork belly.
Delicious and rich beef flavor. These are made of ground beef.
